Our Services

Mental Health Care

We provide medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related symptoms through a trauma-informed approach. Our team has extensive experience with neurodivergent clients, assisting you in starting, optimizing, or tapering off medications to ensure safety and well-being. We also specialize in menopausal and gender-affirming hormonal treatments, recognizing their influence on mood and health. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan to meet your unique needs.

Peri-menopause and Menopausal Treatment

Peri-menopause symptoms can begin in the late 30s and early 40s. Estrogen therapy may enhance quality of life during this transition. Menopausal symptoms extend beyond hot flashes and include mood changes, sleep disruption, joint pain, weakened bones, reduced libido, and painful sex. Treating perimenopause can improve mood, potentially reducing the need for SSRIs. Collaborate with us to create a personalized plan that includes hormonal and non-hormonal treatments, along with lifestyle strategies, to help you thrive in midlife and beyond.

Gender Affirming Care

Our team has many years of experience in offering advanced gender-affirming care for adults 18 and older. We create personalized treatment plans based on your health, goals, and desired pace of change. We will closely track your progress. Whether you want to start hormone therapy or optimize your current regimen, we can assist you. We also provide medical letters of support for gender-affirming surgery.
